Keeping Your Pets

Happy, Healthy and Safe!

The health and safety of our patients, clients, and staff are our top priority here at Broken Top Veterinary Clinic. We are open with regular business hours at this time and are following the Center for Disease Control (CDC) regarding the steps we can take to prevent virus spread.

We are providing curbside service for appointments, pick-ups, drop-offs, and medication and food refills. We ask that you follow the following protocols:

We ask that dogs be on a leash and cats be in a carrier.

Upon arrival, please give us a call at (541) 389-0391 and remain in your vehicle.

A member of our staff will check you in and discuss needs and concerns over the phone.

A member of our staff will meet you and your pet in the parking lot and individually escort your pet into the hospital for their appointment.

You are welcome to wait in your vehicle during your pet's examination or return at a scheduled pick-up time.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time.

We have tried other vet clinics in the area and they are tops: 24/7. Yes, they really are available 24/7. When our dog ate chocolate. When our old dog was totally done (and they were so compassionate). They try to find ways to save you money and work with your needs and your pet. I used to work for a vet, and have had some good clinics in Central Oregon, and they are THE BEST.
